Job description

A U.S.-based company that is developing home service products and services while leveraging behavioral science to help with hiring, is looking for a Lead Front-End Engineer. The engineer will be responsible for creating technical designs depending on the product requirements. The company uses scientifically validated behavioral assessment to help businesses quickly determine a candidate's fit for typical roles in the home services industry. This is an amazing opportunity for engineers who are eager to showcase their talent and polish their skills while working with a team of professionals. 


Job Responsibilities:

  • Before implementing, review the requirements, and the design specifications, and offer a solution
  • Create estimates based on the requirements after consulting with team leaders
  • Deliver projects on time in an atmosphere that is agile and continuous development
  • With a focus on front-end technologies, own and develop scalable, reusable systems throughout the organization's technology architecture

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a front-end engineer
  • Demonstrable experience working with React, TypeScript, Node.js, and MySQL
  • Prolific experience with Next.js, AWS, SST, and Tailwind
  • Extensive experience with Data engineering
  • Nice to have some knowledge of Redux and DevOps 
  • Fluent in spoken and written English communication
