Lead Front-End Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

• Keep abreast of the most recent front-end tools, trends, and best practices and encourage the team to embrace them
• Ensure successful project execution by identifying and proactively addressing technical difficulties and bottlenecks
• Perform routine performance reviews of team members, offer helpful criticism, and encourage their professional development
• To ensure code quality and compliance with coding standards, write clear, modular, and maintainable code and perform in-depth code reviews

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
• At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a front-end engineer
• Prolific experience working with React, HTML/CSS, and Solidity
• Extensive experience developing smart contracts and websites
• Familiarity with Machine Learning is desirable
• Nice to have some understanding of SQL
• Some expertise in creating websites with web3/blockchain integration, like an NFT marketplace is preferred
• Must be a smart and ambitious self-starter while also being eager to learn
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
