Fullstack Developer

A US-based digital-first company that has built a scalable and sustainable management consulting platform is looking for a Full-stack Developer. The developer will be responsible for the continued development of the application and managing the optimization of the overall system. The company has assembled a team of experts to provide exceptional consumer and seller experiences that result in long-term, lucrative, and growing revenue. This will be a long-term, full-time role and will require a 4+ overlap with the PST time zone. The job presents a full-time engagement suitable for candidates who are hands-on and able to take ownership of the project.

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with engineers and cross-disciplinary teams to prioritize, scope, specify, build, test, and deliver data pipelines, schemas, models, tests, and bots
• Integrate front-end elements with server-side logic and functionalities
• Effectively collaborate with product teams and engineering professionals
• Optimize the platform for faster execution and solve scalability issues

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
• At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a full-stack developer
• Prolific experience working with Scala, HTML, Bootstrap, jQuery, JavaScript, and Play-framework
• Ability to work well in a small team, with high accountability and reliability
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills 
• Detail-oriented, strong communicator, and capable of multitasking
