Job description

A rapidly-growing cutting-edge technology platform that aids corporations in their CSR and volunteer efforts is looking for a Full-Stack Engineer. The engineer must have a strong understanding of developing responsive UI with experience working on CSS or CSS-based frameworks. The company will oversee the programs from start to finish in collaboration with global industry professionals, allowing users to concentrate on enjoying the experience. The company has secured funding worth more than $17mn during their Series A round. This role requires 4+ hours overlap with the IST time zone. This is a great opportunity for developers who are passionate about building a great product or building great user experiences.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Write clean code adhering to all the coding standards and best practices
  • Identify problems, create plans, and implement solutions to them
  • Work with the team to create social impact through tech
  • Effectively articulate technical challenges and solutions
  • Think abstractly, handle problems and fast-changing requirements efficiently
  • Enforce and supply complex product modules end-to-end
  • Develop complex web applications using React.js and build highly scalable and resilient back-end services using Node.js
  • Design, develop, and architect the product, guaranteeing alignment with business goals
  • Lead the technical charter of one or multiple modules and ensure timely delivery while maintaining the product’s quality
  • Provide mentorship and guidance for junior developers
  • Perform code review and ensure code compliance with design patterns and the organization’s coding standard
  • Collaborate with the product and business teams, tackle issues, and recommend the best technical solutions
  • Enhance the grade and implementation of the existing solutions

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 6+ years of experience in building large-scale applications
  • 4+ years of experience working with Java, Node.js, and React
  • At least 4+ years of experience in building complex web applications
  • Nice to have some understanding of Typescript, Docker, MongoDB, and Next.js
  • Familiarity with GCP, Redis, AWS, Tailwind CSS, and PostgreSQL
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
  • Hands-on experience working with Cloud technologies (AWS, Google Cloud Platform), good knowledge of CI/CD processes (Bitbucket pipeline, AWS code build, etc.)
  • Prior experience of working in fast-paced environments or startups
