Job description

A U.S.-based company that is transforming the health-tech industry with their revolutionary patient-centric solutions and services, is looking for a Full-Stack Developer. The selected candidate will be responsible for fixing performance issues across large-scale distributed systems with efficiency. The company is offering an obesity treatment program and prescription weight-loss drugs that have been approved by the FDA. The company has managed to secure more than $490K during their Pre-Seed round of funding. 

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Give suggestions on how to design the organization's technological roadmap and solutions
  • Think beyond merely whether this code works and consider whether it is maintainable and understandable as well
  • Write clear, simple code that can be combined into more complex functions
  • Showcase an ability to work well in a team context and be receptive to both directions of the input

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a full-stack developer
  • Prolific experience working with React, AWS, and TypeScript
  • Demonstrable experience working with Express and Node.js
  • Familiarity working closely with Jest to test their code
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
