Job description

The selected candidate will collaborate with the existing developers team to create custom software solutions. Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical direction and people management to assigned team members while developing, maintaining, and improving the front-end stack's direction.
  • Establish front-end development guidelines
  • Ability to create and maintain strong stakeholder connections
  • Assist with internal and external communication while boosting transparency by serving as a coach, mentor, and facilitator for the team
  • Assess risk ahead of time, develop mitigations, and keep on track with delivery
  • Use rest APIs, webhooks, and other integration technologies to integrate the back-end
  • Microsoft Azure allows you to develop in a cloud-based environment
  • Convert user experience into reusable front-end components
  • Collaborate with the core product team to develop new product features and enhancements
  • Participate in code reviews, planning, design, and technical debates
  • Attend technical leadership meetings to help address challenges and develop a technology plan

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 5+ years of relevant experience as a front-end developer
  • 5+ years of experience working with React and TypeScript
  • 4+ years of experience with Microservices
  • 2+ years of experience working with Azure
  • Nice to have at least 2+ years of experience with Node.js and Cypress
  • Extensive experience working with CICD tooling
  • Prolific experience with micro front-ends and back-ends
  • Demonstrated refactoring/strangler pattern knowledge
  • Knowledge of testing frameworks such as Cypress
  • Proven experience with front-end stacks and cloud technologies
  • Experience providing end-to-end results and being able to translate these into relevant business outcomes
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
