Job description

A well-established company that is providing world-class custom software development solutions that are geared towards the professional services industry, is looking for a Staff Software Developer. The developer will be working with cross-functional teams to organize and direct teams of developers to produce superior software. The company is developing software for the leading providers of legal software, assisting them in achieving their objectives more quickly and effectively. This is an amazing opportunity for developers to showcase their talent, learn from industry experts, and work with cutting-edge technology. This position requires a significant overlap with the EST time zone. 


Job Responsibilities:

  • Engage with people while planning, researching, implementing, and maintaining new product features
  • To address any support concerns raised by users or stakeholders, such as application owners for upstream systems or vendors, collaborate with them
  • Integrate third-party goods and become familiar with their underlying platforms
  • Work closely with each team member to assume shared accountability for the sprint backlog and the team's accomplishments

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 5+ years of relevant experience as a software developer
  • Extensive experience working with C# and SQL
  • Some understanding of Azure, Microservices, and Windows Services is desirable
  • Familiarity with Windows Application and Microsoft Office is nice to have
  • Excellent English communication skills
