Job description

A US-based company that is using mobile technology to create adaptable workplaces that enhance employee expertise all over global real estate portfolios is looking for a Senior Python Engineer. The engineer will be in charge of boosting the enterprise platform of the company through the use of advanced technology. The company provides enterprise-grade innovation to businesses that motivate efficiency and unrivaled gratification with employee requests on a regular basis. Job Responsibilities:

  • Offer data-driven solutions to enterprise customers
  • Work on REST API development as well as API callers and receivers
  • Create rock-solid code and the tests to back it up
  • Scale the app to meet the needs of the clients
  • Lead how the company interacts within the proptech ecosystem

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 5+ years of relevant experience as a software developer
  • 3+ years experience working with Flask
  • 5+ years of web experience with Python
  • Well versed in software development best practices while writing well designed, readable, and highly testable code
  • Familiarity with Flask framework, Python unit test, and Pytest
  • Experience with asynchronous processing in Python, using Celery or other libraries
  • Meticulous in documenting features and code
  • Experience with Test Driven Development and understanding its importance
  • Know how to scale an API, including how it will interact with multiple data stores
  • Familiarity with both NoSQL and relational data stores
  • Familiarity with Docker and Amazon Web Services- s3 and sqs
  • Experience with Celery is nice to have
  • Excellent English communication skills
