A fast-growing company on a mission to build innovative tools and services that will help unlock human potential is looking for a Lead Senior Full-Stack Engineer. The selected candidate must have some experience leading technical teams and will be tasked with building a technical team from scratch. The company aims to create the best library of the Metaverse and build a world-class NFT platform. Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 6+ years of relevant experience as a full-stack engineer
  • 6+ years of experience with Python and Next.js
  • 2+ years of experience as a manager, lead engineer, or principal engineer
  • Strong knowledge of engineering fundamentals.
  • High level of independence, ability to iterate and pivot quickly
  • Nice to have some demonstrable experience with API Design, Typescript, Tailwind CSS, and Solidity
  • Familiarity with Web 3, software architecture, and Smart Communication is preferred
  • Knowledge of Rust, smart contracts, blockchain indexing, and L1/L2 blockchain development is nice to have
  • Fluent in English communication, both written and spoken
