Job description

A fast-growing company tapping into the power of technology to streamline and simplify everyday government interactions is looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer. The selected candidate will be planning, building, and designing solutions focusing on the future needs and requirements of the platform. The company aims to help people successfully and easily navigate through the world of confusing, bureaucratic government paperwork. This role requires some overlap with the EST time zone.

Job Responsibilities:

Apply and teach best practices in development processes where needed
Stay informed on new technologies and implement them cautiously
Work with a wide range of systems and technologies and solve problems from end-to-end
Maintain necessary documentation for the project
Recreate and modernize the PHP based website to make the infrastructure compatible with Web3
Troubleshoot and improve the performance of reporting and data solutions

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
At least 3+ years of experience working as a software developer
At least 4+ years of experience with PHP
At least 2+ years of experience with React
Excellent analytical and management skills
Ability to lead the team and work in an ambiguous environment
