A well-established pharmaceutical company that has revolutionized the healthcare industry across the largest continent in the world, is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The selected candidate will be reporting to the Head of Data Analytics and will be responsible for providing analytical solutions to both internal and external clients. The company is providing integrated healthcare solutions that are more accessible to the masses. Job Responsibilities:

  • Take responsibility for a variety of reporting, descriptive, and predictive analytics techniques while maintaining a strict emphasis on business results
  • Work with stakeholders and customers to comprehend their operational and commercial difficulties, then create models for successful business results by using the proper analytical techniques
  • Utilize machine learning and advanced analytics to aid in the creation, growth, and scaling of new analytics solutions
  • Learn how to use a variety of data sources, analyze them, and know when, how, and which ones to use and which ones to avoid at any given time
  • Use a combination of tools, data analysis techniques, and data science methodology to manipulate and analyze complex, high-volume, high-dimensional data from diverse sources in order to spot trends and draw insightful conclusions
  • Create algorithms, predictive models, and bespoke analysis using data modeling procedures
  • Foster insights innovation while coordinating with both tactical and strategic corporate insights initiatives
  • Design, build, deploy, produce, and operate life cycles of machine learning pipelines
  • Make sure insights are both actionable and measurable, and develop these hypotheses with an understanding of their application in real life and their commercial ramifications
  • Develop the skills and capability of the organization's data science team by empowering and mentoring current personnel
  • Work together with customers to identify and implement the crucial insights needed to make wise business decisions
  • Be a technical lead who is capable of driving and developing insights from conception to release

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Machine Learning, Artificial intelligence (or equivalent experience)
  • Prior experience working with AI, ML, and Data Science
  • At least 5-7+ years of relevant experience as a Data Analyst, Data Science, and analytics tools
  • Extensive experience with Tensorflow, Python, Tableau, and Big Data
  • Demonstrable experience applying data science methodologies to support business outcomes
  • Extensive knowledge of statistical methods and data mining.
  • Experience with general ML methods and expertise with Deep Learning, recommendation systems, supervised learning and feature engineering, personalization, clustering, as well as time series and forecasting analysis
  • In-depth knowledge of data science languages like Python, R, Scala, and SAS ML
  • Proficient understanding of machine learning packages like scikit-learn, TensorFlow, etc
  • Solid understanding of Spark, H2O, or other Hadoop-based frameworks 
  • Extensive experience with Cloud-based AI/ML tools and data analytic tools in Azure or AWS or GCP is nice to have
  • Ability to develop stable production API is preferred
  • Prior experience working with the build, deploy, produce, and operate life cycles of machine learning pipelines
  • Demonstrable experience working with large, distributed data sets to derive actionable insight
  • In-depth knowledge and experience with big data programming language
  • Prolific skills and experience working with Tableau, PowerApps, Kusto, R, and/or Python
  • Superior interpersonal communication abilities, as well as the ability to use data to communicate a story
  • Excellent teamwork and program management abilities
  • Be logical, orderly, cooperative, and a quick learner
  • Familiarity working in an Agile environment with a Scrum team
  • Demonstrable experience in Real-World evidence
  • Fluent in spoken and written English communication
