Job description

A rapidly-growing company leveraging the power of AI to automate the document review process is looking for a Senior Back-End Developer. The selected candidate will be in charge of seamlessly integrating the customer data platforms through open API solutions. The platform uses natural language processing and machine learning through an advanced UI customized for solving business process problems. Job Responsibilities:

  • Build large-scale, data-driven systems to enable the growth of the platform 
  • Build new and visionary solutions in collaboration with the product team 
  • Integrate software with customer data platforms through open API solutions
  • Work within the team to conduct code reviews and deploy tools to conduct automated testing 
  • Be in charge from end-to-end cloud-based infrastructure to data, and everything in between
  • Understand how to model data to enable efficient data-based workflows
  • Develop secure, scalable APIs and services to supercharge all the company’s product/solutions

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a back-end developer
  • A minimum of 5+ years experience in a professional programming position
  • At least 4+ years of experience with microservices architecture and server side technologies 
  • Must have extensive experience building web applications with Java, C#, C++, or Python
  • Solid knowledge and experience using databases including relational SQL and NoSQL
  • Experience with cloud-based data warehouse technologies (Google BigQuery, AWS Redshift, Snowflake) is preferred 
  • Demonstrable experience querying search engines such as  SOLR, ElasticSearch
  • Aptitude to autonomously learn new technologies
  • Collaborative and team-oriented attitude is nice to have 
  • Familiarity with digital media formats for video is preferred
  • Passionate about startups is nice to have
