Job description

A fast-growing company developing an integration platform for developers to help connect APIs quickly is looking for a Senior Back-End API Developer. The selected candidate will be in charge of improving the scalability, availability, and latency of the platform. The company's advanced technology enables developers to gain code-level control of integration and open source contribution. This is an exciting opportunity for developers to rub shoulders with industry veterans. This position requires some overlap with the PST/EST time zone. 

  

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop connections, integrations, and APIs as needed
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to spec, design, and build the core product functionality
  • Prioritize items in the task list and follow through on them
  • Components should be written, and code should be submitted for review

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a back-end developer
  • Extensive experience in Python, Typescript, and JavaScript
  • Prior experience leading large projects on a Silicon Valley scale 
  • Fluent in written and conversational English
