Job Responsibilities:

Take charge of the entire lifecycle management of the chatbots, from conceptualization and data training to refinement and deployment
Enhance client engagement and satisfaction through cutting-edge AI solutions
In order to ensure alignment with SAAS product objectives, oversee the whole chatbot creation lifecycle, from initial data training and model development to product deployment and client integration
As the team's leader and primary resource, mentor and advance the technical skills of the team's junior AI developers and guarantee the completion of high-caliber SaaS projects
Using the client's data, develop AI chatbots that other media businesses can utilize.
Lead the development of large language models (LLM) tailored to chatbot functionality, with an emphasis on performance and user engagement optimization
Work together with development teams to create strict documentation guidelines that will help to make chatbot development methods and technologies easier to understand and share knowledge about
Oversee the adjusting and personalization of chatbot initiatives to fulfill particular customer needs, utilizing cutting-edge methods to improve AI chatbot responsiveness and relevancy

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics (or equivalent experience)
At least 9+ years of relevant experience as an AI Developer
Solid expertise in building/improving LLMs
Proficiency in Python, Natural Language Processing (NLP), Machine Learning, and Deep Learning
Solid expertise with ML Frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch
Strong problem-solving skills, capable of deconstructing complex issues into actionable items
Excellent proficiency in English, encompassing both verbal and written communication skills
