Job description

A rapidly-growing company that forms long-term client relationships through business compassion and commercial orientation is looking for a Rust Engineer. The selected candidate will be responsible for working with the engineering leadership to identify, prioritize, and facilitate the correct deployment of other operational components. The company works within fully managed, hybrid, or in-house models to consistently deliver expertise in media, technology, performance creativity, and training, resulting in market-beating long-term expansion.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop new, efficient, and reusable Rust code
  • Development of strategies, tools, platforms, and database integrations
  • Receive and provide code reviews, as well as write documentation and run tests
  • Implement technical decisions and maintain the code base with best practices
  • Identify and troubleshoot any availability and performance issues at multiple layers of deployment, from hardware to operating environment, network, and application

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a software engineer
  • Experience in C++ and Rust
  • Interest in Cryptography or Cryptographic Proofs
  • Knowledge of Core database and platform development
  • Experience architecting or developing SNARKs is nice to have
  • Familiarity with Apache Arrow or other in-memory columnar formats is desirable
  • Familiarity with smart contract development for Solana is a plus
  • Proficiency in English
