Job description

A US-based company that is developing a powerful voice-activated virtual assistant to make users' lives easier through interaction, personalization, and curation, is looking for a Machine Learning Engineer. The selected candidate will be tasked with developing new machine learning capabilities and features, as well as refining existing models. The company is on a mission to improve the quality of life, increase productivity, and add true value to day-to-day routines across the world by harnessing the power of AI technology. Job Responsibilities:

  • Personalization models should be developed and trained
  • Develop procedures for deploying machine learning models automatically as they progress
  • Design, monitor, and upgrade processes to train deep learning models at scale
  • Work on productionizing potentially on edge trained models

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a  Machine Learning Engineer
  • 3+ years of experience with Python, PyTorch, and Tensorflow
  • Prior experience with deploying ML models in the cloud or on edge devices is desirable
  • Nice to have some knowledge of distributed queueing technologies like Kafka
  • Familiarity with online learning algorithms and models is nice to have
  • Experience working with resource-limited devices is preferred 
  • Some amount of fluency with a second language like Spanish/German/French/Chinese/Indonesian/Italian is nice to have
