Machine Learning Engineer

A well-established company that has built a platform-agnostic SaaS system for physicians to help accelerate the efficiency of the healthcare industry is looking for a Machine Learning Engineer. The engineer will be in charge of completing tasks autonomously and building rapid prototypes. The company strives to provide efficient solutions that eliminate friction points in the patient encounter by leveraging the power of advanced AI technology. The company has secured funding worth more than $8mn during their Series A round. This role requires a 4+ hours overlap with the PST timezone and will be a long-term, full-time position. 

Job Responsibilities:

• Work with the engineering team and cross-functional teams to build a world-class SaaS platform
• Contribute to regular code review feedback
• Propose new methods to drive engineering-focused initiatives and improvements
• Write and maintain automated tests and participate in daily standups

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
• At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a Machine Learning Engineer
• Prolific experience working with Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Python
• Highly independent with the ability to work on multiple projects efficiently
• Excellent collaborative and organizational skills
• Demonstrable fluency in conversational and written English
