Job Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy scalable large language models tailored for AI-assisted work applications.
  • Partner with cross-function teams, including data engineers and backend developers, to integrate machine learning algorithms into a robust platform.
  • Utilize advanced machine learning and data modeling techniques to innovate scalable solutions for complex business challenges.
  • Engage in continuous research and adoption of industry best practices to enhance the machine learning infrastructure.
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of prompt engineering methods and novel AI-assisted techniques.


    Job Requirements:
  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • A minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a Machine Learning Engineer, with a proven track record of developing and implementing ML algorithms.
  • A minimum of 5 years of expertise working with Python, demonstrating a robust command of the language in a machine learning context.
  • Proficient experience with machine learning frameworks, specifically TensorFlow and/or PyTorch, is essential.
  • Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) is nice to have and will set candidates apart.
  • A strong foundation in algorithmic design, data structures, and performance optimization, with the ability to solve complex problems efficiently.
  • The capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment, learning quickly, and adapting to evolving project demands.
  • English proficiency, both in verbal and written form, is necessary for effective collaboration and communication within a diverse and global team.
