Job Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deploy scalable large language models tailored for AI-assisted work applications.
Partner with cross-function teams, including data engineers and backend developers, to integrate machine learning algorithms into a robust platform.
Utilize advanced machine learning and data modeling techniques to innovate scalable solutions for complex business challenges.
Engage in continuous research and adoption of industry best practices to enhance the machine learning infrastructure.
Contribute to the development and refinement of prompt engineering methods and novel AI-assisted techniques.

Job Requirements:
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
A minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a Machine Learning Engineer, with a proven track record of developing and implementing ML algorithms.
A minimum of 5 years of expertise working with Python, demonstrating a robust command of the language in a machine learning context.
Proficient experience with machine learning frameworks, specifically TensorFlow and/or PyTorch, is essential.
Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) is nice to have and will set candidates apart.
A strong foundation in algorithmic design, data structures, and performance optimization, with the ability to solve complex problems efficiently.
The capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment, learning quickly, and adapting to evolving project demands.
English proficiency, both in verbal and written form, is necessary for effective collaboration and communication within a diverse and global team.
