Job description

A rapidly-growing company that is determined to build revolutionary products and services geared towards the healthtech industry, is looking for a Machine Learning Engineer. The engineer will be in charge of ensuring the quality and dependability of the created program by performing code reviews, unit testing, and debugging. The company's on a mission to create a proof of concept (PoC), utilize it to start clinical research, and then use it to create a product. This is an amazing opportunity for developers who are determined to build products that have a lasting impact and will bring about tangible change. 

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Utilizing suitable data engineering and data science applications, integrating company objectives into data and analytics solutions, and translating outcomes into business insights
  • Work together with cross-functional teams to resolve problems and offer technical assistance
  • Convert prototype code already in existence into efficient, scalable, and production-ready software
  • Keep abreast on the most recent developments and trends in full-stack development, machine learning, and software engineering best practices

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 6+ years of relevant experience as a Machine Learning Engineer
  • Prolific experience working with Machine Learning and Computer Vision
  • In-depth knowledge of Speech Recognition and experience building PoCs 
  • Prior experience building ML algorithms from scratch
  • Familiarity working in the healthcare industry or with health-related data (images, speech recognition, etc.)
  • Some experience driving PoCs to full product is desirable
  • Nice to have some experience defining product architecture, roadmap, team building, etc.
  • Prior experience working with startups or small teams
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
