Job description

A US-based IT company working on a proactive risk management technology that identifies risks and prevents outages caused by vendor shortcomings is looking for a Team Lead/Senior Full-Stack Developer. The selected candidate will be in charge of designing, building, and maintaining services and systems across the company’s product lines. The company is exposing operational bugs that pose a risk to the infrastructure of platforms. This will be a long-term position requiring some overlap with the US-time zone. 

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Proactively locate new opportunities and areas for improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with new technology trends
  • Analyze, develop, program, compile, debug, support, and alter new and existing software for enhancements, add-ons, and integrations
  • Brainstorm new ideas with the team to enhance software systems 

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a full-stack developer
  • Prolific experience in Python, React, AWS serverless (Lambda), and AWS Aurora (MySQL)
  • Extensive experience in Terraform for IaC
  • Demonstrable experience in API development is required 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
