Job description

A U.S.-based company that is creating a platform for early-career individuals to build and polish their work skills is looking for a Lead Full-Stack Engineer. The engineer will be in charge of aligning the delivery timelines with the overall business strategy. The company's goal is to eliminate the prejudice inherent in the contemporary CV and match people with high-caliber positions through easily accessible education based on the demands of today's leading businesses. During their Seed round, the company managed to secure $3mn+ in funding. 

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Inculcate best practices and learn from industry standards 
  • Comprehend web requirements, write code and come up with technical implementation
  • Work closely with developers, product, and quality assurance teams to build good relationships
  • Be up-to-date with new technologies and tools to make the development process more efficient

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 5+ years of relevant experience as a full-stack developer
  • Extensive experience with JavaScript, Python, and React
  • Nice to have experience with Node.js and TypeScript
  • Fluent in verbal and written English
