Lead Full-Stack Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop, create, and implement end-to-end solutions for the organization's goods and services that are of the highest quality, scalable, and secure
• Showcase a deep understanding of modern web technologies
• Create seamless, user-centric, and technically sound systems that challenge the norms of modern web development by working with product managers, UX designers, and other engineers
• Drive the development and upkeep of internal software development guidelines, processes, and best practices
• Continuously improve team efficiency and expertise 
• Foster a culture of constant learning and development by mentoring and supervising other engineers in the team

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
• At least 5+ years of relevant experience as a full-stack engineer
• Prolific experience working with React, TypeScript, and Node.js
• 5+ years of experience working with JavaScript, Next.js, and other modern web technologies
• Exhibit high-level technical proficiency in both front-end and back-end development
• Prior experience designing highly effective, scalable systems
• Demonstrated proficiency in responsive design principles, HTML, and CSS
• Thorough understanding of the process of switching from legacy systems to modern tech stacks
• Comprehensive knowledge of SQL, PostgreSQL, and NoSQL database design, implementation, and optimization
• Prior knowledge of collaboration tools and version control systems like Git
• Excellent AWS skills, including the ability to scale and deploy cloud infrastructure using serverless technologies and the AWS CDK
• Proven track record of completing very complex, innovative, end-to-end projects while paying close attention to user experience and detail
• Experience in software architecture, design patterns, and microservices
• Fluent in spoken and written English communication
