Job description

A U.S.-based company helping businesses improve customer experience by building professional survey and feedback software is looking to hire a Lead Full-Stack Developer. The selected candidate will provide leadership and technical expertise to spearhead a team of talented developers, create a tech-investment roadmap and drive growth. The company is a leading software provider that empowers businesses by providing cutting-edge technology to capture insights, run surveys, and improve performance. This role requires a 4-hour overlap with Eastern Daylight Time.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Own and oversee the implementation of the company’s product and platform roadmaps
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and address complex technical issues
  • Guide and supervise developers and technical support representatives in various technical domains
  • Conduct risk assessment, present timelines, and propose solutions for suggested business demands
  • Maintain a critical approach to existing systems 
  • Prioritize technical debt reduction through activities like refactoring, code reviews, and component redesign
  • Promote and actively engage in code and security reviews for both the team and the entire organization
  • Cultivate a positive work environment by fostering the growth and retention of exceptional talent


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 8+ years of relevant experience as a Full-Stack Developer
  • Extensive expertise in .NET (C#), Angular, and AWS
  • Proficient with diagnosing and quickly resolving run-time issues related to UI, data, databases, or web stack 
  • Familiarity with Docker and Open Source will be highly advantageous
  • Previous experience working within a small, dynamic team dedicated to supporting critical customers
  • Capability to mentor team members, offer technical guidance and provide regular feedback
  • Passion for engaging with customers and resolving their issues effectively
  • Exceptional English communication skills
