Job Responsibilities:


  • Lead the development and maintenance of robust back-end systems using Apache Kafka, Microservices, and Spring Boot, leveraging extensive experience and advanced skills
  • Conduct thorough code analysis and recommend modifications to elevate code quality, applying deep expertise to ensure optimal results
  • Collaborate seamlessly with designers and engineers to craft intuitive UIs, providing mentorship and guidance to foster team growth
  • Ensure the efficiency, speed, and scalability of applications, applying advanced knowledge to optimize processes
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and apply innovative problem-solving strategies, actively contributing insights to keep the team at the forefront
  • Contribute significantly to debugging, testing, and troubleshooting of applications, drawing upon comprehensive experience


Job Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
  • A minimum of 8-10 years of industry experience, showcasing a consistent record of successful projects and leadership
  • Hands-on experience of at least 1+ years with Apache Kafka, 1+ years with Microservices, and 1+ years with Spring Boot, demonstrating advanced proficiency in these technologies
  • Demonstrated expertise in developing and maintaining robust back-end systems, supported by a comprehensive portfolio of successful projects
  • Profound understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies, effectively applying these practices
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and unwavering attention to detail, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions
  • Fluency in English with strong communication skills, facilitating effective collaboration with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
