Job description

A fast-growing company that is developing a cutting-edge customer service platform to track, evaluate, and resolve user complaints efficiently, is looking for a Kafka Developer. The selected candidate will be in charge of providing detailed work estimates and ensuring that features are delivered on time. Through real-time co-browsing, technical console logs, automatic user issue recordings, and other methods, the company assists businesses in resolving support queries more quickly. This will be a full-time position. The company has managed to secure $9mn+ during their Seed round of funding. 


Job Responsibilities:

  • Record everything customers do on sites and offer that to the support agents 
  • Help the existing team to resolve scalability issues
  • Review architecture and libraries with the team
  • Work with microservice systems in Node.js and .NET

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a software developer
  • Prolific experience working with Kafka and lots of meta events
  • Familiarity with .NET and Node.js
  • Knowledge of open-source technologies and libraries
  • Excellent English communication skills
