Job description

A fast-growing company that enables lawyers to use proprietary software and data to create quick and cost-effective legal notices is looking for a Junior Front-End Developer. The selected candidate will be tasked with developing easily scalable, responsive, and detailed front-end features. The US-based company is leveraging the power of ML to assist personal injury plaintiffs and their attorneys in obtaining better results in their cases. This is a nice job for developers who are eager to work with a talented team of industry veterans.

  

Job Responsibilities:

  • Successfully deploy code to production with a high level of automation, code coverage, and monitoring
  • Mentor junior engineers and guide them through standard software development practices
  • Ensure top quality code; practice code reviews, unit tests, integration tests, end-to-end tests in a continuous integration environment
  • Use a holistic, test-oriented approach to troubleshoot and upgrade the application
  • Display leadership qualities with an ability to take ownership of technical projects and processes  

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a front-end developer
  • Must have an expertise in JavaScript, React, and Ruby on Rails
  • Familiarity with Python and SQL is nice to have
  • Ability to solve complex challenges and arrive at solutions
  • Fluency in verbal and written English
