Job description

A NASDAQ-listed company developing effective and environment-friendly electric vehicle solutions is looking for an IT Business Analyst. The selected candidate will be responsible for building the functional documentation and standardizing templates. The organization is positively using the power of technology to design and manufacture scalable and sustainable automobiles to reduce carbon footprints. It has successfully raised more than $10 bn in funding so far.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Act as a technical touchpoint for IT-related systems, project management tools, content management tools, SharePoint, Jira, and Slack
  • Communicate with stakeholders, both internal and external, to ensure support for business needs
  • Identify and drive enhancements in the company’s systems to bring about collaboration and productivity
  • Act as a key contributor to the workflows development and service level requirements
  • Draft system-level requirements and perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Fix systems roadblocks and coordinate resolution in coordination with the Incident Management Team and Service Desk
  • Establish and integrate new workflows to ensure seamless implementation of projects and new change requests
  • Resolve errors as needed, and work to avoid reoccurrence
  • Document and roll out logistics processes as needed
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure support across systems 
  • Act as a backup for other roles within the Digital Workplace team
  • Bring in a customer-oriented approach to support the internal customers

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 5+ years of experience with using Project Management tools
  • Prior experience in functional documentation building
  • Comfortable building and standardizing templates
  • Ability to communicate with business stakeholders, gather requirements, and pass them on to technical teams
  • Solid understanding of IT processes and procedures relative to system launch, drafting system-level requirements and UAT, and roll-out of enhancements
  • Ability to develop and interpret business intelligence to drive execution and decision-making
  • Comprehensive understanding of logistics’ relationships with other parts of the automotive ecosystem
  • Proficiency in MS Excel with the ability to create pivot tables, sophisticated charts and utilize the VLOOKUP functionality
  • Proficiency In Jira, Lucidchart/Spark, and PowerPoint
  • Positive attitude and a good sense of humor
  • Fluent in verbal and written English
