Job description

The developer will join a top-tier engineering team and help develop the company’s mobile application aimed to change the music industry. Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and polish top-performing applications in mobile technology 
  • Conceptualize, develop, and launch new features
  • Make decisions that are critically evaluated and consider technical tradeoffs 
  • Work with the Design and Products teams to hone in on the best user experience
  • Perform regular code reviews to guarantee the maintainability and quality of the codebase 
  • Test the applications to ensure the ongoing quality and scalability 

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 4+ years of relevant experience as an iOS software engineer
  • Proven experience in developing mobile applications with Swift iOS development
  • Familiarity with the tech stack, which includes Swift, Firebase, AWS, Java, etc.
  • Knowledge of software design patterns and iOS best practices, including performance optimization
  • Track record of shipping high-quality products and features at scale
  • Keenness to collaborate in a fast-paced environment, while learning and growing continuously 
  • Nice to have prior experience building scalable back-ends utilizing AWS
  • Prior experience working on algorithms for music recommendations is preferred
  • Knowledge of the OS internals, compilers, and optimization for low-power and mobile systems is nice to have
  • Experience with C/C++ is desirable
