Job description

A rapidly-growing company building a robust platform architecture that can be handled across any mobile device and network is looking for an iOS Engineer. The engineer will be providing technical leadership and owning specific areas of the product. The US-based company has developed two flagship products that are revolutionizing the mobile tech industry with their reliable and sought-after solutions. So far, the company has managed to raise more than $2.6mn in funding. This will be a full-time, long-term role requiring 6+ hours overlap with the PST time zone. 

  

Job Responsibilities:

  • Help to design, build, and maintain advanced mobile applications for iOS platform and devices
  • Write and conduct unit/integration tests to ensure usability and reliability of developed mobile applications
  • Work alongside designers to define and implement new application features
  • Troubleshoot and fix bottlenecks to improve performance
  • Work on designing, developing, and implementing application updates

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of relevant experience as an iOS developer
  • Must possess expertise in React Native engineering
  • Well-versed in iOS development using Swift
  • Strong grasp over technologies like Typescript
  • Proven experience of working one REST API design and services development
  • Should possess an understanding of Apple’s design principles and interface guidelines
  • Excellent communication skills in English to collaborate with engineering managers
