iOS Engineer

A U.S.-based company that is developing a platform for sports management that will make it easier for athletes to communicate and coordinate efficiently, is looking for an iOS Engineer. The engineer will be responsible for ensuring that high-performance, reusable, and dependable code is created and maintained. The company is changing the way people manage sports and group activities with its robust but user-friendly solutions for communication, scheduling, payment collecting, registration, real-time game sharing, and other extensive solutions. The company has managed to secure more than $56mn in funding so far. 

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct code reviews, put development procedures and standards in place, and ensure the quality of the code and its adherence to best practices
• Work with back-end programmers to integrate APIs and make sure that the iOS app and server-side systems can exchange data without any issues
• Enhance the responsiveness and performance of iOS apps, and always seek areas for development
• Closely collaborate with product managers to comprehend business needs and create effective technical solutions

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
• At least 5+ years of relevant experience as an iOS Engineer
• Demonstrable experience working with Swift for iOS
• In-depth knowledge of iOS development
• Great English communication skills, both spoken and written
