Job description

A US-based company building an innovative platform for renting, yachts, boats, and engaging in other on-the-water activities, is looking for an iOS Developer. The developer will be responsible for assisting the existing team with the system design and development approach. Users will be able to discover boat owners and captains all across the world and make safe online reservations through the company. The company has managed to raise more than $32mn in funding during their Series B round of funding. This is a long-term full-time role requiring some overlap with the EST time zone. 

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Write robust, clean, and reusable codes
  • Tackle fresh challenges and new technologies
  • Thrive under pressure and highly ambiguous situations
  • Collaborate across cross-functional teams to develop app architecture 

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 5+ years of relevant experience as an iOS developer
  • Extensive experience in Swift, Objective-C, Core Data and API experience 
  • Fluent in verbal and written English
