Job description

A US-based company building a community platform to alter the perspective and functioning of digital culture while also benefiting original culture artists and early adopters, is looking for an iOS Developer. The selected candidate must have a solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle and will be in charge of building modern solutions. The company brings notable athletes and other culture creators together to recognize and reward their efforts by deepening their relationships with their fans. They have managed to raise $8mn+ during their Seed round of funding. 

  

Job Responsibilities:

  • Plan, develop, and improve a cutting-edge mobile app experience.
  • Create exciting new goods for consumers and athletes that work smoothly and reliably
  • Examine each decision's technological tradeoffs carefully
  • Define, design, and ship the beta product and future features by collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Engage with the design team to determine the optimum user interface and infrastructure standards
  • Conduct code reviews to ensure that the code is of high quality and work on bug fixes
  • Robustness tests should include edge cases, usability, and reliability

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of relevant experience as an iOS developer
  • 3+ years of experience in developing mobile applications
  • Demonstrable experience working with Objective-C, Swift, and/or iOS
  • Proven ability working with consumer landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies
  • Solid understanding of Objective-C Runtime and SwiftUI
  • In-depth knowledge of software design patterns and iOS best practices
  • Nice to have prior experience working in a fast-paced start-up environment
  • Some experience with Web3 or crypto technologies is desirable
  • Experience with Core Graphics and VIP architecture is nice to have
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
