Job description

An emerging company that is building a community platform in order to bring notable athletes together is looking for a React Native Developer. The selected candidate will be in charge of ensuring that the state of the platform continues to exceed customer’s expectations. Job Responsibilities:

  • Help to design and implement intuitive user experiences for mobile and web products
  • Collaborate with different teams to understand product requirements; work together to define trade-offs and engineering solutions 
  • Work closely with the design team to hone in on the best UI with consideration for engineering tradeoffs
  • Understand and implement new approaches to increase product and engineering efficiency
  • Perform code reviews to ensure high code quality and help to fix bugs
  • Test for robustness including edges cases, usability, and reliability

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of experience working as a React Native Developer
  • Professional engineering experience  in working with technologies like React, React Native, Javascript, Nodejs, and Typescript
  • Should possess a proven track record of working with highly available systems at a significant scale
  • Must possess strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience in leading teams will be helpful
  • A strong grasp of web3 or Crypto technologies will be advantageous
  • Should be able to work in a fast-paced start-up environment
  • Personal achievements like programming olympiads, hackathons, participation in well-known open source projects, top-ranked apps, etc will be an advantage
