Job description

A rapidly-growing company that is developing an AI-powered personal assistant that helps customers make plans for travel, shopping, and other activities, is looking for an iOS Developer. The developer will be responsible for creating new functionality and user interfaces using wireframe models. The company's technology transforms screenshots into searchable databases and automatically links every piece of data, opening the door to incredible discoveries and limitless opportunities. This is an amazing opportunity for developers to challenge themselves and build world-class products. 

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Write clean code to create fully functional iOS applications.
  • Identify specific needs, then offer solutions
  • Write unit and UI tests to identify malfunctions and errors
  • Take care of resolving performance issues and bug fixes
  • Work together with ML engineers and back-end developers

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of relevant experience as an iOS Developer
  • Demonstrable experience with Swift for iOS and Objective-C
  • Extensive experience working with REST/RESTful APIs and Third-party APIs
  • Solid understanding of Unit Testing and UI Development is desirable
  • Considerable App Store portfolio of published applications 
  • Extensive knowledge of iOS frameworks including Core Data and Core Animation.
  • Ability to connect iOS applications to back-end services using RESTful APIs
  • Solid understanding of Apple's interface standards and design philosophies
  • Fluent in spoken and written English communication
