Job description

A U.S.-based company catering to the eCommerce industry is looking to hire a lead full-stack engineer. The recruited developers will be able to work on enterprise-level solutions using technologies like Node.js and DevOps. The company is looking to reinvent how users interact with eCommerce platforms making it an exciting opportunity to make a real-world impact. The Developer must also possess a clear understanding of the machine learning process to produce robust solutions to tackle the various challenges related to the development process. The role will also require selected candidates to overlap with EST/CST time zones for daily collaboration.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead processes related to application development, maintenance, and support
  • Work closely with multiple project stakeholders for delivering necessary solutions
  • Take ownership of end-to-end project development cycles 
  • Help to design, implement, and maintain web service APIs
  • Try to identify performance issues and resolve blockers
  • Produce clean, efficient, testable, and maintainable codes for solutions
  • Assist in designing, and building secure and scalable software applications

 

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in Fullstack Development
  • Knowledge of working with languages like Node.js is required
  • Experience of working in DevOps process is a priority
  • Thorough understanding of machine learning and related development processes is essential
  • Knowledge of languages kike JavaScript and Python will be beneficial
  • Experience of working with HTML, CSS, or Java will be an added advantage
  • Must possess excellent communication skills with fluency in English
