Job description

A US-based company building an e-commerce platform that specializes in manufacturing, customizing, and designing apparel is looking for a Full-Stack Tech Leader. The selected candidate will be in charge of recognizing, brainstorming, and fixing performance-related issues. The company is on a mission to make ordering custom apparel as simple and efficient as possible. This will be a long-term, full-time role requiring some overlap with the EST time zone.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Deploy new engineering tools to enhance user experience on the platform
  • Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing software applications 
  • Work in a dynamic environment to develop, test, deploy, build, and maintain highly responsive and efficient applications
  • Analyze software requirements and iterate quickly to create appropriate software design and architecture

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 7+ years of relevant experience as a full-stack developer 
  • Extensive experience in React, PHP, Laravel, and JavaScript 
  • Nice to have experience in Firebase 
  • Demonstrable experience in codebase and cleaning it up
  • Proven track record implementing new front-end technologies 
  • Prior experience in developing software systems’ architecture
  • Solid understanding of integration and data
