Job description

A fast-paced company that has created an all-in-one platform to increase the audience for a theater by marketing and selling tickets is looking for a Full-Stack BackEnd-Heavy Engineer. The chosen applicant will be in charge of ensuring excellent performance and platform compatibility. The company offers seating charts, reserved seats, and general admittance flexibility so that customers can match their audience's expectations. This position requires an overlap with the EST timezone.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Adopt and promote Agile and fast iteration methods for software development
  • Ensure cross-platform compatibility and good performance
  • Become an active participant and support cross-functional teams
  • Create tested, reusable, and self-contained code

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 6+ years of relevant experience as a software engineer
  • Knowledge of Node.js
  • Experience in AWS DevOps
  • Familiarity with React and MySQL
  • Good English communication skills
