Job description

A US-based company building an ergonomic assessment platform to eliminate workplace injuries is looking for a Full-Stack Developer. The selected candidate will be responsible for leading the existing team while implementing new features on the product. The company is determined to revolutionize the technology industry and enable businesses to keep workers safe in an easy and cost-effective manner. Job Responsibilities:

  • Compare results of risk assessments and suggest solutions 
  • Share assessment data with relevant stakeholders
  • Develop dashboards summarizing the company’s entire risk data
  • Annotate risk assessments with personal notes/recommendations
  • Design and implement new features on the web and mobile experiences
  • Develop the implementation of the approved user interface
  • Ensure the entire stack is designed and built for speed and scalability
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest practices, build and scale the REST API
  • Integrate the front-end UI with the constructed API
  • Design and implement continuous integration and deployment

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a full-stack developer
  • Hands-on experience in writing HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Prolific experience in ECMAScript 6 
  • Extensive experience in ReactJS and front-end development
  • Working experience in database design and management, along with knowledge of the latest practices and associated versions
  • Prior experience in writing and deploying server code powered by Python/Flask
  • Solid understanding of user experience and product strategy
  • Demonstrable experience implementing testing platforms and unit tests
  • Fluent in verbal and written English
