Job description

A US-based company developing an employee rewards app to encourage productivity and longevity is looking for a Full-Stack Developer. The developer will be in charge of conducting code reviews and mentoring both junior and mid-level developers. The company is helping businesses to save both time and money by helping them to maintain and retain their employees more effectively. The company has managed to raise $8 mn+ during their Seed round of funding.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop functional applications, servers, and databases
  • Code for numerous platforms to maintain functionality across several channels 
  • Create user-based interactions via an impactful back-end and front-end architecture framework 
  • Turn wireframes into efficient codes to conceptualize and build web apps

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a full-stack developer
  • Must be skilled in Python (Django) or React
  • Fluency in written and verbal English is required
