Job description

A US-based company developing a groundbreaking employee compensation software that promotes productivity and longevity is looking for a Full-Stack Developer. The selected candidate will be providing guidance to the team and helping them to adopt intelligent technical tradeoffs. The company is helping businesses to improve employee output and morale which will have an enormous impact on the team and organization. It has raised more than $8 mn during its Seed round of funding. 

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify and fix performance-related issues
  • Bring a product-focused approach and consumer-grade technology
  • Contribute to designing ideas and code reviews
  • Critically analyze end-to-end designs for strengths and weaknesses

 Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a full-stack developer
  • Demonstrable experience working with React, Python, and Django
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Flexibility to work with the team and get things done with the right mix of quality and agility
  • Ability to understand problems and take initiative
