Job description

An NYC-based company active in the food and beverage industry is looking for a Full-Stack Developer. The developer will help ensure the responsiveness of the apps and work on a number of projects at the same time. The organization has successfully developed an application that searches the web and gives clients access to millions of recipes in a matter of seconds. The selected candidate will have the opportunity to join an early-stage company while working full-time with the team.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Help with full-stack web development
  • Create, build, and maintain code that is efficient, reusable, and dependable
  • Ensure applications are responsive and see the project through from conception to completion
  • Work productively on multiple projects
  • Keep up with the latest developments in web applications and programming languages
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as required

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 2+ years of relevant experience as a full-stack developer
  • Must have expertise in Typescript and Python
  • Knowledge of Node.js and Vue.js is required 
  • Proficiency in HTML5 and CSS/SCSS 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good problem-solving skills and high attention to detail
