Job description

A well-funded startup that is growing rapidly and committed to transforming the HR analytics industry is looking for a Front-end Engineer. The engineer will be joining as one of the team's founding members and will be working closely with the company’s product that has a robust data-ingestion layer. The platform’s cutting-edge technology helps to turn employee data into relevant insights. It has managed to raise more than $2.5 mn during the Seed round of funding. This will be an exciting opportunity to work in an agile environment while solving complex problems as they arise.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Set the standard for future employees and build out the engineering function
  • Collaborate with other developers in the team to improve the quality of solutions
  • Review other developers code
  • Work collaboratively to optimize and model the feed data to the front-end application

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of relevant front-end engineering experience 
  • Demonstrable skills with React and Typescript
  • Must be an analytical thinker and a problem solver with an eye for simple yet powerful solutions
  • Capable of working with little to no supervision
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
