Job description

A fast-growing digital hotel company is looking for a Front-end Engineer. The engineer will be responsible for taking end-to-end ownership of an entire project. The company provides transparent online hotel booking experience to all its customers. It also offers an integrated, intuitive, and extremely powerful hotel management software which takes care of all technical needs of the hotels. The company has 600+ hotels across 100+ cities under its brand and raised $85mn in funding so far. It is a full-time role that requires a minimum of 6 hours daily overlap with IST.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for spearheading one entire module (ex: Finance, Quality, Auditing, Reservations)
  • Take end-to-end ownership of an entire project
  • Stay up to date with FE community
  • Find out the latest trends and implement them in the projects
  • Work with a wide range of systems & technologies to solve end-to-end problems

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science(or equivalent experience)
  • 4-5 years of experience in React and GraphQL
  • Experience with complex code bases, systems & source code control systems like Git
  • Experience in building and supporting mission-critical user-facing systems
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
