Job description

A rapidly growing company providing a leading global marketplace to buy and sell digital collectibles is looking for a Front-end Developer. The developer will join the team in building the platform and be responsible for pushing the web marketplace forward. The platform is home to over 7 million digital collectors, 2.1 billion limited-edition items, and up to 325+ of the world’s most beloved brands. Candidates who would like to join a high-growth company in the exploding NFT, crypto, and blockchain spaces and contribute to defining, building, and shipping inventive, liquidity-boosting marketplace functionalities, are highly suitable for the role. It requires a minimum overlap of 6-8 hours with the US EST.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Work with the product to improve specs, and plan features for effective building, testing, and deploying
  • Autonomously improve the web product and maintain the backlogs of bugs and improvements 
  • Proactively fix and optimize the experience before, during, and after sprints
  • Deploy code daily and ship meaningful features bi-weekly (or faster)
  • Build on Amazon AWS cloud services, with an emerging interest in decentralized and blockchain integrations

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • 3+ years of experience as a front-end developer
  • Prior experience or the willingness to learn server-side programming on the fly (Golang)
  • Ability to write and ship front-end code (HTML5, CSS3)
  • Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks and libraries
  • Expert skills in React web development and familiarity with AngularJS
  • Fluency in English and great collaboration skills
