Job description

The engineer will be tasked with delivering high-quality functionality for the customer and business mobile apps. Job Responsibilities:

  • Help to build, maintain, and improve the application that handles authentication, user profiles, wallets, payment processing, sending and receiving transactions, etc.
  • Maintain 80% or higher code coverage for both new and existing code
  • Mentor young team members and solve tricky technical issues
  • Ensure that the organization follows strict code quality standards for PR reviews
  • Join the customer's and the mobile application's code bases
  • Together with the product managers, create a team execution strategy for the remainder of the year

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a front-end engineer
  • In-depth knowledge of developing and expanding fintech wallets, loyalty programs, cryptocurrencies, and BNPL consumer goods
  • 5-7+ years of software engineering experience in FAANG, unicorns, or series A/B-funded startups 
  • Demonstrable experience using JavaScript and React Native on both iOS and Android
  • 2+ years of prior experience managing engineering teams 
  • Prior experience working on projects with global teams comprising product, design, and marketing teams
  • Commitment to succeeding in an ownership-driven culture and a track record of excellence 
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
  • The ability to make judgments based on values
  • Fluent in conversational and written English communication
