Job description

A leading FinTech company building revolutionary solutions to help businesses drive revenue faster, improve productivity and reach new audiences is looking for a Front-End React Engineer. The engineer will be tasked with taking ownership of tasks and some sub-features. The company has earned a reputable name among the wealth management industry and the business community for their dedicated efforts to help businesses grow. They have secured funding worth more than $50 mn so far. This will be a long-term role that requires 5+ hours overlap with the PST time zone. 

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with the UI Architect to deliver on requirements
  • Develop new user-facing features for the website
  • Build reusable, high-quality code and libraries for future use that can be used across multiple projects
  • Create and develop a modern and highly responsive web-based user interface
  • Take ownership of tasks and some sub-features

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a front-end engineer
  • Prolific experience working with React, JavaScript, and Jest for UI Unit tests
  • Familiarity with CSS and HTML
  • Prior experience coordinating automated testing using Selenium is nice to have
  • Some familiarity interacting with APIs is good to have
  • Fluent in English communication, both verbal and written
