Job description

A leading HR platform for companies to manage employees internationally is looking for a Front-end React Developer. The developer will join the team and utilize expert skills in software development using React, Javascript, and related frameworks to build the internal product and features. The company is simplifying the process for global employment as well as onboarding and managing employees in over 150 countries. The role presents a great chance to create a lasting impact by building a truly global and diverse HR-tech platform.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop a flexible and well-structured front-end architecture
  • Provide visualizations to depict large amounts of data
  • Work and collaborate with the rest of the engineering team
  • Support and define the coding standards and best practices for the engineering team 
  • Work with the design/UX teams to create modern UIs
  • Collaborate with the UX and data teams to deliver key analytics on users interactions

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of experience developing front-end technologies e.g. JavaScript, Typescript, HTML 5, CSS
  • Must have strong experience in frameworks such as Vue.js and React
  • Proficiency with Java, AWS - MEAN stack and Terraform
  • Solid knowledge of responsive application design
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
  • Strong CSS skills and an understanding of components design patterns in the front-end development
  • Understanding and desire to work with agile software development methodology
  • Familiarity with separation of concerns in MVC architecture
  • Be a proponent of testable, scalable solutions
