Job description

A NASDAQ-listed company that, with the help of its cherished goods, has become the world's top manufacturer and distributor of food and beverages, is looking for a Front-End React Developer. The developer will be tasked with building reusable code and libraries while creating new user-facing features for use later. The company is ranked as the second-largest beverage provider across the globe and controls the market for savory food products. This is a unique opportunity for developers who are eager to work with an MNC and further their career ambitions. 

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Create and test user interfaces to make sure they are functional and easy to use on a variety of platforms and devices
  • Identify and troubleshoot any technical defects or problems, then provide fixes
  • Write code that is clear, effective, and reusable
  • Increase the performance and scalability of websites and web apps

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 5+ years of relevant experience as a front-end developer
  • 5+ years of relevant software development and engineering leadership experience
  • Prolific experience with high-scale distributed systems
  • Prior working knowledge of mission-critical, 24/7 systems
  • Track record of utilizing and deploying large-scale web services
  • Comprehensive knowledge and comprehension of design patterns
  • Solid organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal abilities, ability to work in a matrixed, complicated internal environment
  • Extensive experience working with React and React Hooks
  • Familiarity with TypeScript, Redux, GraphQL, and Apollo Client is desirable
  • Nice to have some understanding of Styled Components and Testing Libraries
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication
