Job description

A U.S.-based fintech company determined to provide customers with next-gen saving and investment solutions is looking for a Front-End Engineer. The selected candidate will be collaborating with the product team to translate powerful ideas into rewarding business value. The company is revolutionizing the industry and empowering millennials to make their own informed financial decisions. The company has managed to successfully secure more than $500mn during their Series F round of funding. This position requires 6-8+ hours of overlap with the ET or PT time zones. 

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Meet product requirements and build innovative solutions
  • Tackle complex performance and architectural challenges
  • Establish priorities, set and meet objectives, and provide guidance and feedback to junior developers
  • Work in close collaboration with the development team to ideate software solutions

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a front-end engineer
  • Prolific experience working with React, Redux, GraphQL, and Typescript
  • Nice to have some working knowledge of Ruby on Rails
  • Exceptional time-management and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and oral
