Job description

A rapidly-growing company specializing in monitoring and identifying political-based threats to businesses is looking for a Front-End Engineer. The selected candidate will be working with cross-functional teams to build and collaborate on product requirements. The company's cutting-edge technology keeps track of the threats posed by worldwide and domestic campaign groups, assisting clients in managing and assessing the risk. This position will require a significant overlap with the MST time zone. 

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Convert wireframes, mockups, and prototypes of site/app designs into real, usable interfaces
  • Create web pages with multiple markup languages
  • Maintain the site on a regular basis and optimize web pages for maximum speed, scalability, and the best user experience
  • Keep track of technical documentation, such as tests, analytics, and troubleshooting
  • Fill the void between visual designs and their technical implementation
  • Where necessary, troubleshoot the website and coding issues

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 4+ years of relevant experience as a front-end engineer
  • 4+ years of experience with React
  • Must have knowledge of Angular and PostgreSQL
  • Nice to have familiarity with Azure and Integration APIs
  • Ability to solve complex challenges and arrive at solutions
  • Fluency in verbal and written English
